Instruction for BIS pre-audit

BIS首次審核指引

BIS audit is concerned with the sample and lab test. So, for this, the factory should take care of the followings:

BIS審核關(guān)注點在于樣品及測試。圍繞這點，工廠應(yīng)注意以下幾點：

1.Samples shall be ready.

樣品應(yīng)備好

2.The filled in-house test report for each selected samples we have prepared.

已填好的每種抽樣工廠測試報告，嚴格按照印度標準的條款及要求

4. The applicable standard （hard copy version） should be available in the factory.

工廠應(yīng)具有適用印度標準，紙質(zhì)版

5.The IQC and lab tester shall have good knowledge for BIS standard, know the test items and standard requirement.

質(zhì)量負責人及測試員應(yīng)熟習印度測試標準，了解所有測試條款及標準要求

6.Factory should establish the quality plan as per IS standard, including the clause No, test items, stadard requiremet, test item can rerfer to those in the factory test report

工廠應(yīng)建立質(zhì)量檢驗規(guī)范，包括印度測試條款，測試項目，標準要求, 所使用的測試設(shè)備。測試項目可參照工廠測試報告

7.Factory should have all of the test equipment for all of these test items, so that all test should be conducted on the day of audit in house

工廠應(yīng)具有所有測試條款要求的測試設(shè)備，以便廠審當天能進行所有測試

8.The test equipment list shall be available. All of the test equipment has valid internal/ external calibration, including the small things, say measuring tape, timer, thermometer, ball, ruler. 

工廠應(yīng)具有針對BIS測試項目的檢測設(shè)備清單。所有檢測設(shè)備應(yīng)具有有效內(nèi)?；蛲庑Ｓ嬃孔C書，包括小設(shè)備，如鋼直尺，濕度表，溫濕度表等。

9.The list of raw material for BIS shall be available，

應(yīng)具有原材料清單，原材料清單上面的信息應(yīng)包括具體型號及規(guī)格。

10.The certificate, test report from the supplier or external lab or the IQC report from the factory shall be available for all of those raw material in the list.

應(yīng)具有原材料清單上面的原料的供應(yīng)商所提供的第三方檢測報告或者供應(yīng)商的出貨檢驗報告或者工廠的來料檢驗報告

11.All of the test will be witnessed in the lab. 

實驗室將進行目擊測試，具體測試項目由廠審員指定。

12.For the tester who performed the test in the lab, the appointment letter to them, and their bio data, including the competence certificate shall be available.

實驗室測試員，請?zhí)峁┢淙蚊?，其履歷表及資質(zhì)文件。

13.The production equipment list shall be available

應(yīng)具有生產(chǎn)設(shè)備清單

14.The maintenance record for them shall be available 

生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的維修紀錄

15.Technical drawing of the samples
